- Automatically Collected Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app usage data collected via third-party analytics tools.
2. How We Use Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Our Service uses Google Gemini API to analyze your assessment data and provide personalized psychological and personality insights. We take your privacy seriously regarding AI processing:
- No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is sent: We do not send your email, full name, profile picture, or IP address to the AI model.
- What is sent: Only your test answers, birthdate, and gender are sent to the AI strictly to generate accurate insights.
- No AI Training: According to our provider's (Google Gemini) API terms, the data submitted via the API is not used to train their foundational AI models.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored securely on servers located in Germany (Europe), operated by Contabo. We retain your assessment data and insights to allow you to track your personal growth and historical changes over time. We will keep your information for as long as your account is active.
4. Third-Party Services
We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, or agents who perform services for us:
- Authentication: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Yandex Metrica (used to understand app usage and improve user experience).
- Communications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (for push notifications).
5. Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate this process directly within the app settings. Alternatively, you may submit a formal request for data deletion by contacting us via email. Once requested, the deletion process begins immediately and is irreversible. All your test results, profile data, and history will be permanently erased from our active servers.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information immediately.
