The Service is for educational, self-discovery, and entertainment purposes only. The psychological and personality tests, AI-generated insights, and any other content provided by Aynam.App do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on the Service. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You may register via third-party accounts (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Aynam.App offers both free features and paid premium features (such as detailed AI analyses). Future updates may include recurring subscriptions (e.g., weekly or monthly).
- In-App Purchases: Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or external payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for web users.
- Refunds: Since payments are handled by Apple or Google, all refund requests must be directed to the respective app store's customer support. We cannot process refunds directly for in-app purchases.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change prices for premium features or subscriptions at any time. Any changes will not affect past purchases.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Content
The insights provided by the Service are generated using third-party Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for high-quality outputs, AI is probabilistic and may generate inaccurate, inappropriate, or generic responses. You agree that Aynam.App is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other matters related to the Service are protected under applicable copyrights and trademarks. You may not copy, redistribute, use, or publish any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aynam.App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
